SIGHTS

Kissamos is one of the oldest towns in Crete. Its existence dated at the Minoan Age and therefore it is full of archeological sights and many mosaics that are exhibited at the new museum of the town.

Around of the town of Kissamos you can find many archeological sights, as the ancient town of Polirrinia, the ancient town of Fallassarna, the monastery of Hrysoskalitisa, the monastery of Gonia, and the castle of Gramvousa.
